Anyone else compared Estia/Regis/Japara ?

I've been comparing the results released in the last week from

1. Estia  - 3.64
2. Regis - 4.09
3. Japara - 2.01

disclaimer: I have shares of all 3​

Anyone actively comparing these same 3 aged care related companies? I've just looked at Japara's financials and I must say comparing to Estia it's looking quite good (as a relation to their share prices) ..

Also both Estia/Japara look much better than Regis , thou all 3 look good..

Would love other's thought's if you have any? I'm very tempted to invest a big chunk into Japara given their woes of the last quarter are now behind them and looking damn good for eoy 2018/2019
