ANW has now reached the point where it is ready to become a fully fledged company, on its own, and move out from under the umbrella of the parent company DGR.
The way for that to occur is via a takeover, which DGR is hopefully negotiating.

As far as I can tell, DGR is used as a mechanism to obtain maximum management remuneration by acquiring good projects then taking ages to do anything with them.

Love the projects, continuously disappointed with the management.
