That is a cracking deal for a clinical stage bio. Interesting that they have a p1 and p3 drug in the rare disease space with BTD and a massive MC compared to us. They do have extremely good results but $8.7 bill t/o is mind boggling !

It does make you wonder whether we will see a big upfront with a multi bill back ended deal in a structured m/a type setup. These other deals in the high billions do make you wonder just how big the back ended milestones could really be
