    I think that a positive P3 outcome is a certainty that is why I dont care either way..NEU is going to go bang in a good way - it is not a matter of if it is just when..In the meantime I am happy to let management manage. They have a lot more invested than I do and RT and LW have a proven track record in getting the job done.
