    SP won't have much to do with the offer. The financial offer will be based on the potential returns of the prospective assets. The returns will then be multiplied by a factor based on risk 4-8x potential earnings. This then be the value of the deal. Divide that by the number of shares and you have a proposed share price.

    It's not like an ebay auction.
