This is the only good thing about this subpar raising: with 5mil from the raising, plus 2mil already in the bank, plus whatever comes from the SPP & Hartleys options, this should cash cxo up for the next few years before needing another raising. But by then we will have access to the US$20mil prepayment from Yahua, and by then should hopefully be making some nice profit for the lithium concentrate from grants. So fingers crossed, this could/should be the last raising for a long while...

But I think you are right about the SP fluctuation range for the short term. All this "imminent" good news will probably not do much as there will now be 95.3mil shares sold into that news.
My question: why not raise AFTER this imminent good news where the SP could have run to 9-10c on that news, saving us all this dilution?
Speaking of dilution, since we are diluting the company to all hell, how about dishing out a few million options to your loyal shareholders, who have been there through thick and thin? With 95 million new shares issued and nearly 60 million more options given to Hartleys, what's a few more million options for your loyal shareholders? Sigh...
The fundamentals of this co is great, but this register is woeful. For two years the SP has been anchored and strangled by the constant relentless selling of Hartleys from the first generously discounted placement they received at 9c. Absolutely crushed any and all SP momentum and growth. Now we get to go through it again at 8-9c range. Couple that with the 26mil LTR will look to dump as soon as they can...sigh.
A double digit SP seems far away now... Personally, I welcome December 1st when Yahua are allowed to buy on market. Clean up this register of ours.
A poor cap raising. Too big a discount (17% to the last trading day SP), at the wrong time, and worst of all, to the wrong people..as they will just sell us for pips just like they did and are continuing to do at anything above 9c.
Sorry all but I just had to get this off my chest. All holders and particularly long-termers have every right to be upset/annoyed IMO
