I wonder which will come out first; the Grants resource upgrade or the Appendix 3b to remind everyone how many new shares have been issued? One will negate the other I should think and the SP will remain rooted in the mid 5s. Probably the best scenario would be for the company to rush the 3b through ASAP while the new issue is still fresh in everyone's mind, then to get the resource upgrade out a week or so later when the pain begins to recede a little. Then we might even get back to 6c - for half an hour anyway! If we manage 7c by the end of May we'll do a lap of honour. What a shambles it's all become - in the short term anyway. Who would have predicted this when the SP hit 15c 19 months ago? Mind you, I don't blame management; I actually think they've done a pretty good job and longer term things may turn out well. The prioritising of Zola and Ringwood last year backfired but no one could blame them for seeking the big bonanza ASAP. In fact I'm sure that's the reason many invested. However, since then I think their strategy has been very sound in concentrating on Grants and nearby prospects. Unfortunately, though, Mr Market is only interested in bonanzas so it seems. In the meantime, get that 3b out!
