The super fund holds shares as trustee for you. You can tell the fund how you would like your votes exercised. Go and look in the "forms" section of their website; there could be a "voting instructions" form. If not, use the contact/support channel to find out how to do it. If you can't through that fund you have the option of changing to one that does.
