SECRETARY

The Directors of LongReach Group Limited (“LRX”) are pleased to announce that
Mr Don Millard has been appointed Chief Operating Officer and Company
Secretary assuming responsibility for group finance and operations.
The appointment of Mr Millard is in line with the Company’s focus on the
telecommunications industry. Mr Millard holds bachelors degrees in economics
and laws and a masters of applied finance. Mr Millard has extensive experience
in corporate finance, operations and strategy in the telecommunications industry
with local and international carriers including BT Asia Pacific, Optus and Telstra.
