    I do remember a mention that due to the volume of applications because of the "gold rush" delays were expected.
    Some hoping to pick up shares at 14c might just get lucky.
    You can bet the nay sayers will be frothing at this as further evidence that the whole thing is a sham and Arv couldn't organize a chook raffle
