I remember a time when people criticized management for making “too many” announcements..... now they’re not making them often enough (despite giving enough information in previous announcements to indicate upcoming exploration timelines)..... I have to laugh.
So long as the terms of this spin-off give AB a valuation worthy of the current knowns of the resource itself and resources (including time) invested....then I’m happy.
That is my only immediate concern.
I’d be expecting an update soon on how things are progressing on that front.
I don’t think many of the people complaining have bothered contacting the company, nor do they understand what constitutes “reasonable”, in terms of timelines (although I concede that it’s subjective).
Some don’t even acknowledge the wet seasons (and their effect on exploration) in those areas.
Meanwhile, the people involved who have put a substantial sum of money where their mouth is, like myself.... who are genuinely interested in, and content with, the long term direction of the company, continue to hold and accumulate..... whilst others panic/whinge and accuse any positive posts as being somehow perpetrated by people linked with the company.
I’ll be the first to announce if I’ve sold out and why.... but for now, I see absolutely no reason to.
I’ll just continue with living my life and pursuing my other daily profitable endeavours... instead of whinging about the same thing every day when there isn’t an announcement.
Also, if you’ve been patient all these months waiting for exploration and are publicly conceding that you’re thinking about selling now ... when we’re about to drill for cobalt in a safe jurisdiction and spin off our key zinc resource into a new NA entity .... then I question either your motives, or ability to weigh risk vs reward.
If you have unanswered questions, call the company. Whinging on a public forum and being outraged achieves absolutely nothing.
I’m happy to concede a failed investment if things go south.... I expect we won’t see from a few of you if the company goes in the other direction
