    Sounds like Rod's still going to be quite involved in product innovation at Xero, which is his passion and strength. Having someone else steer the ship could be a very good thing, but there's obviously more uncertainty now. I can't see anyone being as passionate, and as good a spokesperson for Xero as Rod has been.
