Teresa started her career at McKinsey & Company in California and spent a decade in Silicon Valley as a venture capitalist and operating executive, including as VP Software Solutions at US-listed ONI Systems (acquired by CIEN) and CEO of a venture-backed software startup acquired by US-listed J2 Global. Since moving to Australia in 2006, she has focused on information and communications technology and energy sector innovation as an investor and board member, including at Daintree Networks (acquired by GE), Redbubble (ASX: RBL), NextWindow (acquired by Smart Technologies), and Redfern Integrated Optics (acquired by Optasense/Qinetiq LSE-listed: QQ).
