As the saying goes: "It's not the size that matters, it's what you do with it that counts" Rotterdam is THE gateway into Europe for ocean freight. Imagine the numbers of customs declarations for the inbound goods that take place daily. With WiseTech's transactional model these customs acquisitions could become cash-cows over time, especially if integrated into the CargoWise platform. At $1 per clearance (for example) it doesn't really take that long to start seeing the revenues this can bring in. It does take a while for these acquisitions to click into place, but when they do €5m could seem like a steal.
