    DOW closed up 1.07% today. The WYC SP is currently suffering from the world wide punishment of tech stocks. The hard decision is when will the tech stock pendulum turn and what stocks have a good future.

    I look back at what was said about ISD and HSN and others a few years ago. I'm not going to increase my holding of WTC until I see the SP is confidently on the up.
