I couldnt be bothered to write a proper arguement but will just say my point is that there aren't many chances, i can see, for a take over. But since you seem hell bent proving me wrong complementary is wrong but competitor isnt (as you rightly say). Amazon obviously has the funds and is a master of logistics - why not own the other side of the market that is infinitely bigger. Who knows cargo1 might have other uses or upgrades.
