Such a great video. He is hell bent on making sure the product avoids growing attrition. No wonder the big investors didn't like the numbers, they were looking for an easy win.... however it just makes me even more confident on WTC. The product will continue to be so damn sticky nobody will be able to compete. It's true that the S-curve bump seems a little further away than i anticipated but i really don't think it's any further than a year. Unless Amazon buy us out...thats a whole different curve.
