could someone please tell me this
if things in the USA are great, ie. unemployment rate 3.8% the DOW JONES at near record highs, everything is booming in the US at the moment right?
So why are their % rates still at emergency record lows?
I always thought when things are great like all the stats show in the US, than % rates should be a lot higher like 4%-5% average normal range, so why are they stuck at near GFC emergency lows?
