Appears that way KTM....and if if our 'celebrity BoD had submitted this as per Announced planning timetable it would have been passed well before now... Shame on BoD here...but hey...why rush?...they're getting paid regardless. I note BoD also 'double-dipped' on the rewards front last year...substantial payrise's AND bonus shares as/if project starts up...they seem to be able to get their 'priority/payrise paperwork' in order and on time....and approved...
