The Chinese move very slowly and won't be rushed. The mention of alternative finance options will do nothing to speed them up, the opposite if anything.
This deal is as good as done and will be beneficial to all parties. The Chinese will take all the off take and will likely try to take full ownership over time. That also will be to shareholders advantage.
Not long to wait now.
