Hi Bohbster, I am an eternal optimist (but also a realist). I had a similar bad purchase that I held on to for years and actually ended up with a 3 bagger after thinking I had nothing, so got away with it. There is always the hope something similar will happen here. However I have written off my investment mentally, so anything else from here is a bonus.
The other problem is that whilst cash has been lost, we can't even realise the loss for tax purposes because you actually need to sell them to do that and nobody has bought for months. Also means we can't put what is left into something that is at least liquid.
Put it down to a good lesson learned.
