They should just write down those shares in JB financial to zero and re list. If no outsider wants to pay a reasonable price then they have no value. This is also the most vague announcement I've seen, no information on the offer whatsoever.
Its funny how they are defending the time it has taken BDO to get this report together. I seriously doubt it will be ready in 3 weeks, but we can start the timer again and redefine imminent.
