    re: Ann: Transmission Revenue Reset 2014-17 A... yes that last ann about the court appeal is an effect on earnings .although they neew it was on the cards something seems to be up/'////// I am not in and have been watching for a while.It seems to me that they have a gauranteed income so why no move up ?
    Is the market distrustfull of two large foriegn owners ?
