Hopefully they have an investor in the wings and they plan to do a placement.
There is no way I'd put any extra money into this without a clear vision of the way forward.
This stock has a terrible history and this will only lead to more dilution.
I mean seriously who believes in this company enough to stump up more funds, this thing has been a zombie stock for a very long time...now it has some interest, they want funds to keep paying wages?
Why not just get funds through JVs on the various areas they control?
