    There we go, like I said , not a speeding ticket as the reason for the surge is obviously based on the fracking decision. Company can now start coming out with their news as the doors for business are now open. I will be loading up on the opening, even at 4c I will be bringing my average down substantially from all those years ago. Patience will be rewarded it seems.
