    SPP cap of $15,000 is an ASIC limit

    Allows all shareholders (read: retail) to at least participate

    Retail gets a price benefit.

    Able to buy at lower of placement price and 5-day VWAP into SPP close. That way you can choose at the last minute to take up SPP or otherwise buy on market if price lower. Eitherway you will not pay more than the placement price.
