    I love the thought that this indicates some huge deals coming through. Have been in NXT for 4 years now and the last 18 months have been such a big reward.

    Can't help but wonder whether there is a strategic element at play here to de-risk the original 3 sites that may end up being owned by a 3rd party depending on the outcome of the APDC saga.
