The PA - as well as most other employees of PAA would know about the ann prior to the trading halt so I don't see why having a trading halt would affect their ability to 'tip off their friends'?
Not sure about whether the company should sell off Epichem. It's a good source of regular income rather than a one-off payment.
I'm certainly hoping that it's great news that catapults the price skywards!
