    Agree.

I think that there may be some confusion out there as to what each one of these milestones is going to deliver- and as a result, whether or not each one of these announcements will result in any significant shifts in the share price (and potential new investors and/or divestment of the project).

    1. The declaration of the Maiden Resource/JORC will let all investors know about the initial estimate of what is economically extractable.Various estimates have been bandied about (10Mt to 40MT +) but let's "cool our heels" until early next week & then we'll know. If its at the bigger end of the scale we may find CLA entertaining a divestment- but this is an outside possibility only at this early stage of the project 9and I would be more than happy to be proven wrong on that prediction!).

    2. The Scoping Study is the next logical step after the declaration of the Maiden Resource/JORC.
Clause 38 of the JORC code defines a ‘scoping study’ as:

"... an order of magnitude technical and economic study of the potential viability of Mineral Resources. It includes appropriate assessments of realistically assumed Modifying Factors together with any other relevant operational factors that are necessary to demonstrate at the time of reporting that progress to a Pre-Feasibility Study can be reasonably justified. ...
Scoping Studies are commonly the first economic evaluation of a project undertaken and may be based on a combination of directly gathered project data together with assumptions borrowed from similar deposits or operations to the case envisaged. They are also commonly used internally by companies for comparative and planning purposes."

    3. The Preliminary Feasibility Study (PFS) cover such things as the mine design to extract the cobalt resource, cost estimates of the project as well as likely returns from any cobalt mine, once mining commences. NOTE: the accuracy of the PFS is usually 20%-25% so this needs to be refined, hence the next step. Once the PFS is completed and the project looks to be viable then CLA would move on to a final feasibility study, to finesse design, costs and returns.

One if the functions of the PFS is to attract a buyer to the project or to attract a joint venture partner or as a basis for a major underwriting to raise the required risk capital.

So it is usually at this stage of the project that you may see some real 'action', investment-wise (and in the SP).

All of the above milestones should follow one after the other in fairly quick time this year.

Why? Brendan Borg has already been quoted as stating that "We are looking at late 2020 for first production.." (interview in BusinessLink article dated 5 March 2018) with a potential (and that's all that it is) for divestment before that time.

All of the above points to significant SP changes (upwards) this year as (or prior to) each and every one of the above milestones is reached.

We don't need to be patient. CLA has shown itself to be moving rapidly in the development of the Namibia cobalt deposit and we lucky investors are the beneficiaries.

Celsius Resources share price has shown amazing growth at a time when most other African exploration company'e SPs have been in the doldrums. Let's keep that in perspective. The folk at CLA really have a great cobalt deposit on their hands and have the results and the commitment to making the project a reality. All we need to do is to sit back and watch our investment in CLA grow.
