A TH is absolutely required for the maiden JORC. Why?
Because the independent JORC report is technical and CLA needs to write the ASX announcement. Seek clarifications if required, doubly check it, spell check it and sign-it off for release to the market.
CLA needs to be professional in their update. This is their chance to update the ASX and market the Opuwo potential with a critical JORC milestone achieved to date. The last thing we would want to happen is for the ASX to raise clarifications regarding the JORC and statements on potential size, resources... etc
Also locks down any leakage.
It is as simple as that.
