Agree, Almond. The information is likely to be incomplete at this stage, with the TH in place to prevent a leak or insider trading. We might well see its release tomorrow, but more likely on Monday. There was certainly no trading flurry to suggest a leak has taken place - another tick for Board and management.
Experience suggests a price spike on announcement followed by a sell down as profits are taken, stop losses hit, and accumulators back up their trucks for the SS.
