I guess this should be one of those Andrej SPECIALS - $250K or so raised @ 10% discount ot 5 day VWAP or so imo... cannot imagine this to be anything bigger...

let me be a little bit contradictory to my above statement and say that this CR is in fact a lot larger - KOR has a lot of capital that can be raised without our permission as they have not any big amount in the recent past year... so let me say Andrej is raising around $1.5m-$2m... now people who would be tapped for such a raise would not be investing in KOR if there is not going to be any progress @ Winchester for sure... so if a big raise is declared on Monday, you can bet your left nut that it is a precursor to some good news in the next few weeks... if the raise is sub $500K, it for keeping the lights on until the Winchester deal gets some more traction a bigger ($4m kind of a raise is done at 10c+++)...

I am "wishing" for a $250-500K raise but will be happy too if $1.5m sort of money is raised... miexed feeling about this raise...
