They would have access to their usual financing pathways wouldnt they?? Just how much time/ of a difference are we talking about by waiting for presales and typical bank financing vs a term sheet? Admittedly i am not educated enough on the value of a term sheet and what it means as a form of financing vs them waiting for their traditional avenues... but why the sudden interest in jump starting these projects and never before in recent history?
