I wrote a few weeks ago about being a genuine HOLD. I am now a BUY/ Top up although I wouldn't back the farm to it. The sales revenue was tipped to grow, their churn rate seems to be under 10% of which a major component has already been flagged as US soccer.

The growth in larger clubs to put their juniors on playertek to me is a bonus that I didnt expect. This is evident with Tottenham, Blackburn Rovers etc. This demonstrates that clubs are not wanting to spend big on their AMS product but still want something that can be integrated into their main offering over time (as the child enters a higher level). The funds being raised are to directly go into product enhancements as well as sales, which to me means that they now have the business that they want so acquisitions and integrations are less likely/ needed.

I would suggest that we will see a better launch of Playertek and increased functionality to non aligned users (non club individuals). I think if I was them I would look for a way for a child to build a self training program that can get them points (i.e. training exercises by professional coaches. I have seen an example of this by a Leicester City Coach). These points could be then spent in a way that appeals to a demographic. My dream would be an announcement of for a EA sport FIFA comp built on this using data collected. Again this is just a type of use for this data of which there are many. Right now the company needs cash and they had no trouble raising it without a SPP. The instos who bought would have wanted clarity of their quarterly before they added so freely
