As much as we all have some negative feelings about this, if we see significant oversubscription, it may change our picture on how many instos may want to get onboard but never have much of an opportunity due to the tight share registry.
Having said that, never like it when retail is not given a chance to participate in a raising.
You can choose to dump your parcel, however the key question is: what if what they're saying is real, i.e. they are going to be cash positive after this raising?
