especially with coin in the bank.....
and if its acquisition they are chasing to proof Prosumer.........the person with the cash always has the power, they can slow it down to suit their own needs with the terms of the acquisition contract.
Just reeks of desperation..................the smell of fear is not the odour I want from my management kitchen.
