If you are suggesting PEA is buying the small BassGas from BPT (55% interest, 8Pje, bought with Lattice), I regard that as credible. PEA seems quite keen on eastern Victoria. It would have to be cheap.

I can't see PEA doing much with SA batteries. Too big in scale. Unless they are co-operating with an existing windfarm to add a battery.

Wonder what will be the size of the deal, management is tapping existing shareholders' shoulder for more capital via a rights issue. Based on HY report they have 4.56m in cash and 36m long term debt. Interested to know how will the deal be funded, I guess might be a combination of debt and equity.
