Well, their last proposed "acquisition" in Namibia or wherever came to nothing because of the unreliability of the XRF historical assays as presented. If I recall correctly, the option fee was $60k USD or so, money wasted.
Investment in Africa generally freaks out the market, and speculative acquisitions of similar nature are going to make the market go "WTF?" That's the general disinterest.
If it is a decent highly prospective acquisition in the Australian Cobalt zones - the trading halt would be well warranted. We will see tomorrow.
