    Darchand. This is GOOD news. No, he didn't "need" to raise any more, but, he was very limited by that extremely tight budget and relying on the exercise of options, which "could" be unpredictable.
    This is money in the bank and now definitely no need to raise. Note the closing period. This will be oversubscribed. Be happy.
