Just a shot in the dark
Yeah i tend to agree, in the last quarterly statement only a 1.5 months ago they announced that they had taken steps to stave off a capital raise to mid year or when the company became cash positive, whichever came first. So i do find it interesting that we are raising money all of a sudden.
My thoughts, we could be increasing our holding in xinray, micro x has always intended to increase their holdings in xinray, but with everything being delayed and not being cash positive it hasn’t been mentioned for a long time.
With micro x about to sign a research and development deal with Lawrence and livemore for the phased array emitter (i think thats what its called), im not even sure who technically owns the IP on what they will be developing. So maybe its time to secure the leading share of xiray before we start signing deals with Lawrence and livemore.
