    Well, looking at the last underwriting agreement they got a 7% fee for any amounts underwritten. Current release says it will be in line with that. So the underwriters will want a SP above 1.15 to stay in the money. Sophis will want it above 1.25. SPP holders will need to see the SP above that from Mar 21 to April 6 with fingers crossed it stays there until April 17 when they can sell.
    Of course the Sophis get their shares on March 21, so to keep them happy NOR only needs to pump the price once they get their allotment letting them profit and average down through manipulation. Keeping it there until April 6 when the SPP window closes would help retail investors decide to buy so it's a delicate balancing act.
    Growler has shown that NOR like to pump a week or so after the allotment.
    I just hope if there is a pump the SP holds through to April 17 so for once the loyal holders can actually be rewarded.
