I got out of NOR because it reminded me of Whatsapp and Skype. I just couldn’t see them competing with that. But on the other hand for a medium to large business (outside of the big 4 of course) the business model does work because those types of businesses don’t have the huge pull that the CBAs of the world have. CBA for instance would dictate price points to all of their suppliers. No different than Woolies and Coles.
NOR is a spec and can’t dictate price points against banks and super markets. But they may have a good chance with a smaller business because the product is good for them. I felt the same way about SYT.
