I subscribe to a service called "Raisebook". Here you will see many pre-ipo/ipo/soph placements and get an idea of the info presented to sophs. It is usually along the lines of: expected strong news flow regarding [insert blurb here]. Kinda similar to how Paul mentions things outside ASX announcements such as [from memory]: Whatsapp killer, US Tech giant NDA, imminent deals etc.
As you can see, the non-ASX released info keeps retail holders hopeful and attracts the sophs for a ST hold. Let's see if there is a price-sensitive announcement within 1 week of this CR as there were for the last 3. A trade opportunity exists here for those interested in this type of play, imo.
PS. I use Raisebook as a vetting exercise. If I see a stock on there, then I know the brokers are struggling to offload the offer and this is a last ditch effort. Sames as another stock advertising service which I will not name.
