    The driver to NOR is the worldwide byod trend itself... small, medium and big business are all going byod as the strategy affords many benefits..

    Telstra and Optus can't compete at all with NORs VBMS solution... so big business will come to NOR for 'intelligence' and 'compliance'... the cost savings are just the cherry on top... imo big business stands to benefit the most.... so I think you have it completely wrong...
