For sure or any company without the leverage to get cheap calls and data that has a good size workforce to manage. Say a company with 10k staff or a large sale force company. Those companies might struggle to get a good deal from telco’s so they have to manage their call systems and reimburse staff etc or even to provide billing proof to clients and that sort of thing. NOR has the product but just needs to land a decent contract or two and get +ve so they stop going to market for cash.
