    Might I suggest that NOR is too good for some executives of companies to use because just as some transport carriers don't want to use GetSwft to monitor their drivers' whereabouts, so too many financial service providers do not want this new technology to make it easier to record wrongdoing for government regulators to more easily and quickly find evidence find any wrongdoing?
    Should not NOR go to the regulators to get their endorsement and support first?
