Optimism and cynicism:
1. the sp will rally because the insto’s want a quick return- they’ll ramp it up just as easily as they’ve kept it down ahead of this raise.
2. Post CR the monkey is off our back for a while, free to rally without insto’s and brokers capping.
3. Moving closer to production, I suspect there’s a very good reason for raising a decent chunk of $$, let’s see what they use this for.
