Ok so that comes as a blow.
What does this do to the risk and return as holding for 12 month investment I wonder?
I am guessing that things will be fairly sluggish in the next few months but I feel the risks are decreased now (slightly?) (in terms of the project being a goer next year). Would there be much of a change in a conservative 12 month target of 25c with this new CR?
