Ann: Trading Halt Request, page-4

Two things I find disturbing about this announcement;
1. how can a "material event" be not "price sensitive".
2. after very little interest in this stock all of a sudden it has an incredible run before going into a trading halt. Tell me that doesn't stink of leaking info.

I hope its good but if its not price sensitive it is not going to matter!!
