To Make armour plating and test it with ballistics etc.
Would take several tests and blends of what the Titomic machine is capable of spraying.
That would include ceramic powder, Ti, metals and possibly other powders, mabe tungsten, Diamond who knows.
Ti is light and strong but a blend of metal and Alloy is actually stronger and lighter, cheaper.
So I doubt armour shields would be pure Ti, Could be they spray a powder blend and do some tests as to what stops bullets better.
From what I know, the Titomic sprayer can spray several types of powder blend to be fit for purpose.
